  Niagara Gazette Charles Wittkop NORTH TONAWANDA - Charles J. Wittkop, 71, 608 Adams St., died Wednesday (March 18, 1964) in DeGraff Memorial. Hospital. Born in Pendleton, he lived most of his life in this area and was employed by the Riverside Chemical Co. and retired six years ago. He was a member of St. Matthew's Lutheran Church. His wife, the late Pauline Runge, died in 1944. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Gerald O'Connor, Tonawanda; a sister, Mrs. Rose Haseley, Newfane; and three grandchildren. Friends may call from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. at the Hamp Funeral Home Inc. where services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday by Rev. A. W. Moldenhauer. Burial will be in St. Paul's Cemetery.
