A very b e a u t i f u l ' w e d d i n g was sole
m n i z e d y e s t e r d a y a f t e r n o o n at 3:30
o ' c l o c k at the home of Mr. and Mrs.
C h a r l e s Pieper of 421 Wheatfield
s t r e e t when their d a u g h t e r , Mela
Ann, u n i t e d in m a r r i a g e to Mr.
K a r l K r e i r a a n of T o n a w a n d a , t h e Rev.
e r e n d E. A. S c h u l t z officiating. The
b r i d e was c h a r m i n g In a gorgeous
c r e a t i o n of ivory crepe m e t e o r with
o p a l t r i m m i n g s , h e r veil b e i n g a r r a n g e
d in T u r k i s h fashion. She c a r r i e d a
s h o w e r bouquet of bride roses and
l i l i e s o f t he-valley.
Mis., Margaret A s h e n b a c h , as maid
of h o n o r , was g o w n e d in a p r i c o t c r e p e
m e t e o r with Silver t r i m m i n g . She wore
a hat of silver cloth with rainbow
s t r e a m e r s and c a r r i e d a n a r m bouquet
of Ophelia r o s e s . Miss Hulda Schueler,
a s b r i d e ' s maid, was gowned in apricot
c r e m e m e t e o r with opal t r i m m i n g.
She wore a hat of silver cloth with
r a i n b o w s t r e a m e r s and carried an
a r m bouquet of Ophelia roses. Mr.
H a r o l d G r e i s e r of T o n a w a n d a a c t e d as
best man and Mr. Arnold Sprenger
w a s groomsman. The b r i d e ' s mother
w a s gowned in black taffeta with a
c o r s a g e bouquet of r o s e s and sweet -
p e a s The groom's mother wore a
gown of t a u p e satin.
A r e c e p t i o n followed the ceremony
w i t h cover-; for twelve at the bride's
t a b l e , which was c e n t e r e d with white
c a r m - t i o i . s Mr. and Mrs. K r e i m a n left
l a s t evening for a wedding trip to
New York and other e a s t e r n cities.
They will be home after May 15 at
421 Wheatfield street
