DIES AT 82
Benjamin A. Schmeichel, 82,
of Tonawanda, who in 1966 was
honored as charter member of
the Gastown Sportsman's Club,
died Friday at DeGraff
Memorial Hospital. The Creasey
Memorial Chapel is in charge of
arrangements.

Post 264, American
Legion, Gastown Sportsmen's
Club, Tonawanda
S e n i o r C i t i z e n 's
Association and was a
r e t i r e d employee of
Columbus McKinnon
Corp. He was a veteran of
World War I.
Beloved husband of
Margaret A. (nee Sterz)
Schmeichel; dear father
of Louis (Ruby) Schm
e i c h e l of North
Tonawanda and Mrs.
Bert (Norma) Folmsbee
of Tonawanda; brother of
Mrs. William (Alice)
Collins of Buffalo and
Charles (Doris) Schmeichel
of Tonawanda,
five grandchildren also
survive.
