- Heart Attack Kills Lumber City Worker
NORTH TONAWANDA Edward L. Heschke, 64. of 221 Robinson St., died unexpectedly Sunday (Nov. 5, 1961) after suffering a heart attack at his home. He was employed as a lock fitter at the Remington-Rand Division of Sperry-Rand Corp. here. Born in the Town of Cambria, Mr. Heschke lived in this city for 44 years. He was a member of St. Matthew's Lutheran Church and an exempt member of the Nashville Volunteer Fire Co. Surviving, are his widow. Minnie Andrees Heschke; two sons, E d w a r d A. Heschke. Clarence, and Herbert W. Heschke, this city; four sisters, Mrs. Amanda Harder. Mrs. William Andrees, Mrs. Edward Zastrow and Mrs. William Werth, all of this city: and one grandchild. Rev. A. W. Moldenhauer of St. Matthew's Church will conduct the funeral service a 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Wattengel Funeral Home. Burial will be in Resthaven Cemetery.
