The will of Howard C. Wilson, who
died here recently, was filed for
probate with County Judge Surrogate
Raymond A. Knowles In surro-
gate's court at City Hall today. The
entire estate, consisting of $2,000
and upwards realty and $1,000 and
upwards personal property, is bequeathed
to the widow, Alice L.
Wilson, 7820 Buffalo avenue.

Howard Wilson. 48 years old. as-
sistant treasurer of the Niagara
Wallpaper company, died shortly
before noon today at his home, 7820
Buffalo avenue, after a prolonged
illness.
A native of this city, Mr. Wilson
was a veteran of World War I. He
was a member of the American Le-
gion, Niagara River Lodge No. 785,
F. & A.M. and the Buffalo Con-
sistory.
Surviving are his wife, Alice L.
Wilson; two childrem, Guy William
and Evelyn, and two brothers, Her-
bert G. Wilson, of Grand Island,
and Willism J. Wilson, this city.
Funeral arrangements have not yet
been made.
