Tonawanda, suddenly,
Wednesday (October 15,
1975) at Kenmore Mercy
Hospital. Mr. Berube was
a member of St. Mark
Lutheran Church, an
Army, veteran of World
War II, and member of
Bricklayers Local 49,
Tonawanda, N.Y.
He is survived by his
w i f e , Violet (nee
Stoeckel) Berube; three
daughters, Mrs. Barbara
Shafer of Jacksonville,
N.C., Mrs. Terry (Carol)
Strassburg of Milton,
Fla . and Mrs. Michael
(Linda) Cooley of
Mont., a son,
J. Berube of W.
Palm Beach, Fla.; three
grandchildren; two
brothers, Ernest and
Hector Berube of Dracut,
Mass.; four sisters, Mrs.
Fred (Irene) Gauthier
and Mrs. George (Rita)
Beau lieu, both of Dracut,
Mass., Mrs. Theodore
(Mariange) Paquette of
Hudson, NY., Mrs. Florence
Gauthier .of Lowell,
Mass., and several nieces
and nephews.
The family will receive
friends at the Fretthold
Funeral Home, Inc., 1241
Oliver St., at Ward Rd.,
North Tonawanda from 7
to 9 this evening and 2 to 4
and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday.
Services will be held ,at
the funeral home
Saturday at 10:30 a.m..
the Rev. Thomas K.
Spahn will officiate.
Interment in St. Mark
Lutheran Cemetery.
