Auburn, Ind., son of Mr. and Mrs.
Clyde harter, Ilion, in the home
of the bride's parents by the Rev.
Edward v. Winder, Baptist Church
pastor.
Miss Virginia Comstock was her
sister's bridesmaid. John Shaw,'
n, wa.s best man.
The bride wore burgandy chif-
fon velvet and a corsage of white
roses. "Her sister wore marine

A r e c p t i o n took place in the
home. The couple left on a trip
through Southern Canada and the
Midwest. They will make their
home in Auburn, Ind., where Mc.
Harter is a road inspector for the
Cincinnati Milling Machine Com-
pany.
The bride was graduated from
Herkimer High School in 1934 and
Nathan Littauer Hospital School
of Nursing, Gloversville. She served
in the Saratoga Hospital for a
year and had been engaged here
recently in private duty. Mr. Har0
ter is a graduate of Ilion High
School.
Prenuptial parties were given by
Mrs. Stanley Comstock, Herkimer,
and Mrs. James Strad and Mrs.
Harold Shores.
