Earl Markle
Dies at 54
Earl Markle, 54, of 603 72nd
St., died in Memorial Hospital
Thursday (March 22, 1962).
Born in this city, he was
employed as a shipper for
Union Carbide Metals Co. for
35 years, and was a member
of the 25 Year Club.
He was a member of the
Moose Club until two years
ago, and of Clan MacKenzie,
Order of Scottish Clans.
Survivors a r e his wife
Vivian; a son, George W.
Markle of Darien; two brothers,
Walter Markle of Grand
Island, and Clarence.Markle,
this city; two sisters, Mrs.
Hilda Trapp, Rochester and
Mrs. Jack Wolfe, Lyndonville.
He is also survived by
seven grandchildren.
Funeral services will be
Monday at the Lane Funeral
Home at 1:30 p.m.
Rev. John Toay of First
Presbyterian Church will con-
duct the services. Burial will
be in Riverdale Cemetery.
Friends may call from 2 to
5 and 7 to 9 p.m. beginning
Saturday.
