MIDDLEPORT Mrs.
Lillian Witkop 54, of this
village, died Wednesday (Sept.
16, 1970) at Medina Memorial
Hospital following a long illness.
Born Oct. 9,1915, in the Town
of Alabama, N.Y., she. was the
daughter of Christopher and
Cora Roggow and had resided
in the Mlddleport area her entire
life. She was a member
of Trinity Lutheran Church of
Wolcottsville,
She was the widow
Franklin T Witkop.
Surviving are three sons,
Franklin Witkop Jr. of Laurel,
Md.; Terry Witkop of Corfu,
N.Y., and David Witkop of
Akron, N.Y.; four daughters,
Mrs. Henry Hale of East
Bethany, N.Y., Mrs. James
Landon of this village and Mrs.
Linda Cassett and Miss Carol
Witkop both of Corfu, N.Y.;
four brothers, Christopher and
Norman Roggow of Medina and
Burt and Hoard Roggow of this
village;, two sisters, Mrs. Fred
Wells and Mrs. Elmer Scharlau,
both of Medina, and 13
grandchildren.
Friends may call from 2 to
4 and 7 to 9 p.m.. today at
the Wallace and Heath
Funeral Home where services
will be conducted Friday at 2
p.m. by Rev. C. B. Reichert.
Burial will be in Mount
Pleasant Cemetery, West Shelby,
N.Y.
