Carlton-Strasburg
The marriage of Miss Ann Strasburg.
daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
Benjamin Strasburg. Pine avenue.
to Mr. John M. Carlton. son of Mrs.
Violet Carlton, Tenth street, was
solemnlzed last evening at the Zion
Evangelical Lutheran church. Cayuga
drive, with the Rev. George Hoyer
officiating.
Mr. Howard Blnkley, at the organ,
provided the musical tetttng
for the ceremony. Summer flow-
era were effectively arranged in
the church decorations.
The bride, given ln marriage by
her father, wore a gown of white
marquisette with yoke of Chanuily
lace, the fitted bodice with trim
of tiny ruffles. The full skirt fell
in a long train. Her wedding veil
of illusion was attached to crown
of seed pearls. A lovely color note
was in her bridal bouquet of red
rose.
Miss Mildred Nees was maid of
honor. Miss ann Olsker and Miss
Carold Volkstadt were bridesmaids
and Beth Nation was the junior
bridesmaid.
Mr. Rudy DeFazio was the best
man and Mr. Fred Stephens and
Mr. Gus Czaplak were the ushers.
A reception was held at the Boat-
house restaurant for more than 150
guests.
After a wedding trip to New York
City and Chautauqua. Mr. and
Mrs. Carlton will reside at 401 Tenth
street.
