Ex-School
Custodian
Dies at 70
NORTH TONAWANDA
Benjamin H. Struebing, 70,
retired custodian in the city's
school system, of 482 Bryant
St., died Thursday (July 23,
1964) In DeGraff Memorial
Hospital.
He was a lifelong member
of the Tonawandas and a
veteran of W.W. I.
He was a member of Sutherland
Lodge 826, F&AM. He
is survived by his wife, the
former Elsie Gombert; three
brothers, Henry, William and
Walter Struebing; a sister,
Miss Mildred Struebing, all
of the Tonawandas.
Friends may call from 24
and 7-9 p.m. at the Wattengel
Funeral Home, where services
will be conducted at 2 p.m
Sunday by Rev. Carl K. Marks.
Burial will be in Elmlawn
Cemetery.
A Masonic memorial service
will be held at 8 pjn. Saturday
the funeral home.
