NEWFANE. N. Y , April 11 -
Miss Ruth Agnes Prue. daughter of
Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Prue. of 102
South Main street. Newfane, N. Y ,
and Private Michael Thomas Zedick,
son of Mr and Mrs Michael A.
Zedick. of 83 Riverside avenue, Buffalo
were united In marriage on
April 7 1945. in St. Charles Catholic
church Olcott. N Y.. by Father L.
J. Di Giovanni.
The bride. given in marriage by
her father. was gowned in white
starched ninnon fashioned with a
lace bodice. short lace pepium and
short train Her headpiece was a
beaded tiara with a fingerup veil.
She carried a colonial bouquet of
white carnation and white roses.
She wore pearls, the gift of the
bridegroom.
The maid of honor was her sister.
Miss Mary Prue, dressed in a blue
gown fashioned like the bride's.
with a headdress of blue flowers
and tiara.
The best man was the bride-
groom's cousin, Donald Dubill of
Buffalo. The ushers were John
Prue, brother of the bride and John
Zedick, brother of the bridegroom.
Music was the Mass in F. Ave
Maria was sung by the church cheir
The bride's mother wore a grey
print gown and the bridegroom's
mother, navy. Both wore corsages
of pink roses.
A reception was held at the home
of the bnde with 100 guests present
The house was decorated with
spring flowers. Ten were seated at
the bride's table.
The couple left for a short wed-
ding trip to Pennsylvania and
western New York. The bride will
make her home with her parents.
Out-of-town guests were present
from Buffalo, Niagara Falls, Lyn-
donville, Medina, Binghamton, Wil-
liamsville, Appleton, Swormsville
and Olcott, N.Y.
