Mr. John L Walter, of 1215 Ethel
avenue, announces the engagement
of his daughter, Sally S.. to Mr.
Thomas Gray, son of Mr. and Mrs.
J. J. Gray, of College avenue. The
wedding will take place in the near
future.

A lovely wedding was quletly solemnlzed
Friday evening at 7 o'clock
In the Calvary Lutheran church
when Miss Sarah Walter, of 1215
Ethel avenue, became the bride of
Mr. Thomas Gray, of 1119 College
avenue. The Rev. Alwin Prange
officiated, using the double ring
ceremony.
The bride chose a black fitted
suit with soldier blue and black
accessories. She wore a shoulder
corsage of gardenias and yellow
rosebuds.
Mrs. Lawrence Ranee, sister of
the bride and her only atteadant.
also wore a black suit, with aqua
marine and black accessories. She
wore a shoulder corsage of lilies
and yelJow rosebuds.
The bridgeroom was attended by
Mr. Clemont Krenkle as his best
man.
The brlde's mother Mrs. Allen
Decker. was dressed in a powder
blue suit, with navy accessories.
The bridegroom's mother wore a
brown and white redingote with
brown accessories. She also wore
a shoulder corsage of yellow and
pink rosebuds.
Alter the ceremony a reception
w.as held at the home of the bride.
Mr. and Mrs. Gray left for a short
trip to Pennsylvania.
Prenuptial showers which were
held for the bride included a personal
shower given by Mrs. Harold
McMillan and Mrs. Allen Decker
and a variety shower given by Mrs.
Lawrence Ranee and Mrs. Donald
Poulson.
