TONAWANDA - F. William
Waterstrat, 67, of 121
Williams St., a prominent
businessman, died Saturday
(Jan. 13, 1962) in DeGraff
Memorial Hospital after a
brief illness. He had been in
hospital for four days.
He operated the Waterstrat
Awning Co. at 107
Young St. for 4 / years and
was a member of Immanuel
Lutheran Church, the Lutheran
Men's Club and the
Lutheran Layman's League.
Mr. Waterstrat was a member,
of the TonaWanda Rotary
Club, serving as sergeant
of arms and held a 25-
year p e r f e c t attendance
record.
° Mr. Waterstrat was a member
of the Erie County De-
. mocratic Club; Delaware
Volunteer Fire Co. and the
Tonawanda Exempt Volunteer
Firemen's Association.
He was a former member
and past president of the
Eldredge Club.
Surviving are his wife,
Mrs. Wilhelmine Veit Waterstrat;
a son, Robert W.
Waterstrat. North Tonawanda:
a sister, Mrs; Louis A.
Ziehl, North .Tonawanda; a
brother, Arthur H. Waterstrat.

grand daughters.
Services will be held at
1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Brunner
Funeral Home, Buffalo,
with Rev. Theodore Schroeder
officiating. Burial will
be in Elmlawn Cemetery.
