Mrs. Marian Pearson, 71,
of 561 9th St, died unexpectedly
in her home Thursday
(Dec. 19, 1968). Her body
was discovered Saturday by
neighbors who b e c a me
alarmed a t not seeing any
sign of activity and entered
her home.
A certificate of death was
issued Saturday by Coroner
Oscar H. Bell Jr. Coroner Bell
said that the cause of death
was an apparent heart attack
and estimated Thursday as
the probable day of death.
Mrs. Pearson-was a native
of Ayr, Scotland. She was .
employed by the . Visiting
Nursing Association of this
city. Her late h u s b a n d,
William R. Pearson, died in
1959.
She is survived by a
daughter, Mrs, George (Jean)
Finnegan of Rochester; a
step-son, Herbert G. Pearson
of North Tonawanda; a sister,
Mrs. Martha Murray of Toronto,
Ont., and three grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements are
being made by Cornell and
Daggett Funeral Chapel. Details
will be announced.
