NORTH TONAWANDA-Mr. and Mrs. Walter
E. Cline, 7075 Nash Road, announce the -engagement
of their daughter, Miss Susan Diant
Cline, to Michael .Erwin Wienke, son of Mr.
and Mrs. Erwin A. Wienke, 2493 Cayuga St.,
Town of Wheatfield.
Miss Cline is a senior at Niagara-Wheatfield
Senior High School and is employed at Tops
Market in Nash Road.
Mr. Wienke, a 1968 graduate of Niagara
Wheatfield High School, is employed, at the
Union Carbide Corp.
An Aug. 1970 wedding is planned

Miss Susan Diane C l i n e
became the bride of Michael
Erwin Wienke Saturday (Aug.
8. 1970) in a 2 p.m. double
ring ceremony. The Rev.
Orlan W. Wilhite officiated at
the service which took place
at First Baptist Church.
The bride is the daughter
of Mr. and Mrs. Walter E.
Cline, 7075 Nash Road. Mr.
Wienke is the son of Mr. and
Mrs. Erwin Wienke. 2492
Cayuga St., Niagara Falls.
Given in marriage by her
father, the bride wore a gown
of silk organ/a and Veir.se
lace fashioned with high
neckline, empire waist, long
puff sleeves and an Vline
skirt. A Camelot headpiece
secured her lace-edged mantilla
and she carried a bouquet
of while daisy pompons.
Mrs. Ernest Cline, aunt of
the bride, was matron of
honor. Miss Kathy Sigman;
Miss Sharon Marohn; Mrs.
Charles Franklin, sister of the
bridegroom; Miss Sandra
Uhriaco; and Miss Barbara
Calkins were bridesmaids.
The matron of honor wore
a light purple gown with
white bodice. Ruffles accented
the neckline of the gown and
the wrists of the long puff
sleeves. She carried a bouquet
of white daisies. Similarly
styled gowns of yellow with
white bodices were worn by
the bridesmaids.
Mark Wienke was best man
for his brother, Charles
Franklin, Jerald Oastagner,
Gary Horab, Michael Barto,
Jeffrey Mans and William
Benz were ushers.
A reception immediately
after the ceremony was held
in the church hall. On their
return from a wedding trip
to the Adirondacks, Mr, and
Mrs, Wienke will make their
new home la Niagara Falls.
