Albert Kostuk; 87-year-old retired
butcher, of Niagara Falls, Ont., died
last night at the home of his daughter,
Mrs. Bert Williams, 815 Niagara
avenue, after a short illness.
Born in Berlin. Germany, Mr.
Kostuk went to Canada when young
and for many years operated a meat
business at Niagara Falls, Ont., where
he was widely known. His wife died
in:August, 1918. He Is survived by
four daughters and one son, Mrs.
Williams, Mrs. Mary Gorman, Mrs.
Kathleen Campbell, Mrs. Ernest
Chatauneauf and Arthur L Kostuk,
of this city, and two sons. Joseph and
Henry Kostuk, of Niagara Falls. Ont.
Another son. John Kostuk, was killed
at Vimy Ridge on April 9, 1916.
Twenty-one grandchildren and nine
great-grandchildren also survive
