of their daughter, June Helen,
to Pvt. Edward H. Schumacher,
son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry
Schumacher of 522 Willow avenue.
The wedding will take place
in the near future.

THREE SOLDIER BROTHERS RETURN HOME FOR WEDDING
OF ONE OF TRIO-Granted a leave ef absence from their command,
the* 6th Armored Division, stationed at Camp Chaffee,
Ark., Privates Edward, Howard and Henry Schumacher returned
to the home of their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Schumacher
of 522 Willow avenue this week. The furlough had a doable
meaning for the soldier sons of Mr. and Mrs. Schumacher. Last
evening at 8 o'clock Edward, youngest of the trio, and Miss June
Bothwell, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Bothwell of 214
Linwood avenue, North Tonawanda, were married In the parsonage
of the North Tonawanda Church of Christ, the Rev. Joe B.
Maffett officiating. The bridal party is shown in the above
picture. They are, left to right: The groom, bride, Howard Schumacher,
best man; Miss Shirley Bothwell, sister of the bride
and bridesmaid, and Henry Schumacher. The Schumacher brothers
entered the armed forces of the United States last ApriL
They will rejoin their command early next week.
