Mr. and Mrs. Frederick Zilm, 1344
Whitney avenue, announce the engagement
of their daughter, Jessie
L, to Mr. Donald G. Albright, son
of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur C. Albright,
Modeltown.

The marriage of Miss Jessie Lor-
ralne Zilm. daughter of Mr. and
Mrs. Frederick C. Zilm, 1344 Whit-
ney avenue, and Mr. Donald G. Al-
bright, son of Mr. and mrs. Arthur
C. Albright, Modeltown, took place
Saturday afternoon in the Church
of God. The Rer. Albert Donaldson,
pastor, officiated at the double
ring ceremony.
Palms-and candles decorated the
church, while the family pews were
marked with white ribbon.
The bride wore a gown of white
satin and marquisette, fashioned
with a fitted bodice with a dropped
shoulder effect, a shadow neckline
and long sleeves, pointed at the
wrists. Her shoulder length illus-
ion veil fell from a Juliet cap of
orange blossoms and she carried
a cascade bouquet of purple orchids
and white roses.
Miss Irene S. Cassert was the
maid of honor, wearing a pink net
gown with a headdress of blue
plumes and blue gloves. She carried
a blue mudd with pink roses and
iris.
Miss Audrey Zilm, sister of the
bride, was the bridesmaid, wearing
a blue net gown with a headdress
of pink plumes and pink gloves.
She carrid a pink muff with pink
roses and iris.
Mr. G. Craig Powell was the
best man and ushers were Mr. Stew-
art Zilm and Mr. Ernest Wadell.
The bride's mother wore a black
dress trimmed in blue with black
accessories, while the bridegroom's
mother wore a navy blue dress with
matching accessories. Each had a
corsage of camellias.
Following the ceremony. a recep-
tion was held at the home of the
bride, where a buffet luncheon was
served.
The couple left on a wedding trip,
the bride traveling in a gray suit
with black accessories and a Kelly
green topcoat trimmed with gray
Persian lamb. On their return,
they will reside in this city.
