Mr. Wittkopp Dies Suddenly
Alfred Wittkopp, 65, of Telegraph Road, died suddenly on Tuesday afternoon at his home, after a long illness. Born in the Town of Lockport on May 19, 1918, a son of John and Nettie Wittkopp, he had spent his whole life in Niagara and Orleans Counties. He worked at Agchem Medina, Wolfs Lumber Mill, Hartland. Mr. Wittkopp is survived by an aunt, Rose Handrich of Orwell, N.Y.; several cousins; a stepson, Paul Davey of Lyndonville; four grandchildren, and one greatgrandchild. Relatives and friends may call at the Houseman Funeral Home, 228 Park Ave. (2-4, 7-9) on Thursday. The Rev. Earl H. Bell, pastor of the United
Methodist Church, will officiate at an 11 a.m. service on Friday, with burial in North Shelby Cemetery.
