NORTH TONAWANDA, March 31
-The body of Pfc. Albert Wolanske.
who resided at 461 Ward road when
he entered the service, will arrive
here tomorrow morning for reburlal.
He was killed in action In Holland
on November 19, 1944. He entered
the service In November, 1942. and
went overseas little more than two
months before being killed.
Pfc. Wolanske was born in North
Tonawanda July 4. 1914. and attended
the St. Mark's parochial
school and the North Tonawanda
High school. He was employed by
the Carborundum company, Niagara
Falls, before entering the service.
Funeral services will be held Sunday
at 2 p. m. from the Fretthold
funeral home, 1241 Oliver street,
and at 2:30 p. m. at the St. Mark's
Evangelical Lutheran church. The
Rev. Paul Fretthold will officiate
and burial will be In the St. Matthew's
Evangelical Lutheran church
cemetery. Full military honors will
be conferred by Tonawandas Post,
American Legion.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs.
Mary Wolanske Kehr, five brothers
and one sister.
