SANBORN - A lovely summer
wedding took place on Saturday afternoon.
August 23. at 4 o'clock when
Evelyn Marie Wollaber. daughter of
Mr. and Mrs. Edgar Wollaber. of
Ridge road, became the bride of Ar
thur Mlttlestadt stepson of Rudolph
Haseley. of Pekin. at the home of
the bride.
The ceremon was performed by
the Rev. White, of North Ridge
Methodist church, before a lovely
bank of garden flowers. The bride
wore a beige crepe street length
dress and corsage of garden flowers.
The bridesmaid. Miss Marianna
Wethy. of Sanborn, cousin of the
bride, wore old rose crepe and corsage
of garden flowers. Paul Mlttlestadt.
brother Of the bridegroom,
acted as best man.
A reception and dinner followed
the ceremony. The bride's table
with placed for 10 was centered with
a beautiful wedding cake topped by
a bride and bridegroom with bouquets
of garden flowers and tall
pink candles at either end.
Mr. and Mrs. Mlttlestadt left on a
short honeymoon trip and on their
return will be at home in the Cas-
selman apartment In Buffalo avenue.
Sanborn.' The 30 guests came
from North Tonawanda. Lockport,
Martinsville, Ransomvule.
Ridge. Pekin and Sanborn
Prenuptlal affairs were showers by
her grandmother, Mrs. Anna Brado
and Mrs. Paul MlttlesUdt, the Sunday
school board of North Ridge.
Young People of North Ridge, Miss
Marianna Wethy. at Sanborn, and
Miss Esther Casselman, at Sanborn.
The bride is the librarian of Sanborn-
Pekln Free Library and is employed
at the local telephone office.
