Funeral services were to be
held this afternoon at 2:30 o'clock
for Charles World, 80, a retired
farmer of East Wilson, who died
F r i d a y night at his home, Chestnut
and Town Line roads after
an illness of a year. He is survived
by his wife, Mrs. Mary
World, one son, Ernest, and three
g r a n d c h i l d r e n .
Mr. World was born In the
Town of Wheatfield and was a
lifelong resident of Niagara county.
He was a member of St. Pete
r ' s Lutheran church and active
In its organizations.

NORTH RIDGE-Funeral ser-
vices for Charles World, who
died on Friday evening, were at
the home, Chestnut street and
Townllne road, at 2 o'clock on Mon-
day afternoon and at 2:30 o'clock
at St. Peters Evangelical Lutheran
church at North Ridge with the Rev.
Carl W. Oldach. pastor, officiating.
Interment was In the North Ridge
Lutheran cemtery. The pall bearers
were Christian Sack. Ernest Hess,
William Schultz. Elmood Rohring,
Glenn Rohrlng and Walter Sim-
mons.
Mr. World Is survived by his wife,
one son. Ernest, and three grand-
children. of the Chestnut road. He
was born In the Town of Wheatfield
and had been a resident of Niagara
county all of his life,, most of which
was spent In the area of the pre-
ent home. He was a successful far-
mer and retired about ten years
ago. He was a member of St.
Peter's church and In former years
was active In Its organizations.
