Jean A. Samanka (nee Harrington) age 71 of the Town of Pendleton, unexpectedly, August 3, 2016. Jean was a former employee of the North Tonawanda High School Cafeteria. She was the wife of the late Benjamin Samanka. Beloved mother of Guy Samanka and the late Randy Samanka. Grandmother of Cierra, Gavyn, and Walker Samanka and the late Baylee Samanka. Sister of the late Joan Brochey; aunt of several nieces and nephews. Family and friends may call at the Fretthold Funeral Home Inc. 1241 Oliver St. at Ward Rd. in North Tonawanda on Monday from 10:00 - 11:00 A.M. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Monday beginning at 11:00 AM.
