Joseph Sowinski, 51, of 6919 Buffalo Ave., who
underwent brain surgery Sept. 5 at Mount St. Mary's
Hospital, died Friday (October 5, 1962) at the hospital.
Mr. Sowinski, whose wife, Mildred, died on Aug.
9, w a s found lying unconscious on the sidewalk outside of his home Sept. 2 and was admitted to St. Mary's Hos-
pital the following day.
He had been unconscious
since Sept. 2.

He was a
member of the

His wife was dead on arrival
at St. Mary's Hospital, on Aug
9. after being stricken at her
home.
Mr. Sowinski is survived by
three sons. Dr. Richard Sowinski.

grandchildren.
The funeral will be held at
the Chester G. Tubinis Funeral
Home, 1646 Falls St..
Tuesday at 8:45 a.m. and at
9:30 a.m. at St. John de La
Salle Roman Catholic Church.
Burial will be in Holy Trinity
Cemetery.
The rosary will be recited
at the funeral home Monday
at 8 p.m.
