died at her home, 292 Delaware
St., yesterday afternoon after a lingering
illness. A lifelong resident
of the Tonawandas, she was the
daughter of the late Rudolph and
Barbara Widmer Miller Who cam*
to this country from Bern, Switzerland,
in 1852.
Her husband, Christian Lindemann.
a carpenter, died June 3,
1946, at the age of 78. She was a

a lingering illness. She was one of
the oldest residents of the Tonawandas.
Widow of the late Christian
Lindemann, she is survived by
one daughter, Mrs. Howard J.
Arenz; one son, Raymond W.
Lindemann; four grandchildren,
Walter W., and David D. Arenz,
and Raymond W. Jr., and Paul C.
ers, Jacob Miller and Dr. R. R.
Miller; four grandchildren and two
great-grandchildren, all of Tonawanda.
Funeal services will be at 2 p.m.
Saturday at the Hilliard Funeral
Home, 147 Delaware St., the Rev.
Norman G. Crawford officiating.
Burial will be in Elmlawn Cemetery.
