    Donna R. Kleintjes, age 79, passed away peacefully, November 6th, 2022, at Kenmore Mercy Hospital. She was the daughter of the late Bertrand Kleintjes and Dorothy (Hart) Kleintjes-Bell. She was a graduate of the former LaSalle Sr. High School and Kelly’s Business School. She worked as the Compliance Officer at the former Permanent Savings Bank (now Key Bank). Donna enjoyed reading crossword puzzles, traveling, including a trip to Germany and the Netherlands, going to estate sales and spending time with family. Donna is survived by her significant other Donald Wittmeyer, his sons and his daughter, brother and sisters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins. She is predeceased by her brother and sister-in-law William and Judy Bell. Friends may call at the Fretthold Funeral Home, 1241 Oliver St., at Ward Rd. in North Tonawanda on Saturday, November 12, from 12 Noon – 2:00 PM. A Memorial Service will be held at the funeral home beginning at 2:00 PM. Burial will be held on Monday at 1:00 PM at White Chapel Memorial Park, 3210 Niagara Falls Blvd. in the Town of Amherst. Flowers gratefully declined. Contributions to a veteran’s organization is acceptable as tribute.
