    Tonawanda; brother of Floyd
    and Charles Sparks of North
    past 45 years and had been
    employed at Columbus
    McKinnon Corp. for 33 years
    prior to retiring in 1968. He was
    a member of Salem United
    Church of Christ and the
    National Hose Co.
    Beloved husband of Lena C.
    (nee Boehnke) Sparks; father of
    Miss Audrey C. Sparks and
    Herman W. Sparks of
    tonawanda, and Mrs. W.J.
    (Florence) Smith of Ft.
    Lauderdale, Fla.; also survived
    by five grandchildren and
    several nieces and nephews.
    Friends may call from 2 to 4
    and 7 to 9 p.m., at the Creasey
    Memorial Chapel, Inc., 138
    Delaware St., Tonawanda,
    where services will be
    conducted Monday at 11 a.m.,
    the Rev. Karl H.A. Rest
    officiating. Interment in White
    Chapel Memorial Park.
