GENEVA -Mrs. Dorothy E. Hadley,
62, formerly of Geneva, died yesterday
morning in Newton Hospital, Covington,
Ga., following a long illness.
Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m.
Wednesday in the DeVaney Funeral
Home and at 10 a.m. in St. Stephen's
Church. Burial will be in Greenwich
Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral MPjhe
today from 7-9 p.m. and tomorrow from
3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Contributions may be
made to the Heart Fund.
Mrs. Hadley was born in Clifton
Springs and was the daughter of the late
John and Vina Benham Walters. She
had resided in Geneva for many years
before moving to Conyers, Ga. to reside
with her daughter. She was a graduate
of Clifton Springs High School and the
Geneva School of Practical Nursing.
Mrs. Hadley was married on November
24,1934, to Henry E. Hadley, who died in
May, 1972. She was a member of St.
Stephen's Church.
Surviving are her daughter, Mrs.
Richard (Vina Anne) Thompson of
Conyers, Ga.; two grandsons, Ronald
and Gregory Thompson; two aunts,
Mrs. Leo P. (Edna) Zimmer of Geneva
and Mrs. Rose VanOrman of Fairport;
and several cousins.

Dorothy married HADLEY, Henry E on 24 Nov 1934 in Clifton Springs, Ontario County, NY. Henry died in May 1972. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]
