Pellegrino, all of North Tonawanda;
two sisters, Mrs. William (Rosemary)
Billman of North Tonawanda
and Mrs. Larry (Eugenia) Brenon of
Tonawanda; also survived by several
nieces and nephews.
Friends may call Friday 2-4 and
7-9 p.m. at the Wattengel Funeral
Home Inc., 307 Oliver St., North
Tonawanda. Funeral services will
be held Saturday at 10:30 a.m. in
Acacia Park Cemetery Memorial

Anthony “Pooch” Pellegrino, 87, of North Tonawanda and the Town of Niagara. Son of the late Michele and Theresa (nee Carere) Pellegrino. Former husband of Ann (nee Hartman) Pellegrino. Loving father of Anthony M. Pellegrino (Sondra Forgie), James J. Pellegrino and Paul R. Pellegrino (Tammy Denning). Grandfather of J.R. Pellegrino, Ryan Pellegrino, Corey Pellegrino, Brandon Pellegrino, Meghan Pellegrino, Joseph Pellegrino and Gavriella Pellegrino. Brother of Rose Mary (William) Billman, Eugenia (the late Larry) Brennon and the late Michael (Violet) Pellegrino and Teresa (Frank) Morabito.
Pooch retired from International Paper Company and Niagara County. He was a U.S. Marine Corps. Veteran. He belonged to the Renaissance Club in North Tonawanda, the Ganson Street Tigers and a co-founder of the Locust Street Whale Club.
There is no prior visitation. Interment will be at the Western New York National Cemetery, Corfu, NY.
