    survived by one sister, Mrs. Ida Leidy
    of Tonawanda, N.Y., and several nieces
    and nephews. Friends may call
    from 2-9 at the Odd Fellows Home,
    153 Lake Ave., Lockport. N.Y,, where
    funeral services will be held on Saturday,
    Jan. 16, 1965 at 2:30 P.m. Interment
    In Oakwood Cemetery. Mr. Benning
    was a 60-Year member of Niagara
    Falls Lodge No. 81, I.O.O.F.

    of Maple Avenue who
    died Mar. 30 in his 63rd year.
    A Bethlehem Steel Corporation
    industrial engineer, Mr.
    Benning was a member of St.
    Matthew's Church and Fraternal
    Lodge 625 F & A M which
    conducted memorial rites
    prior to funeral services.
    Surviving are his wife, the
    former Ruth Stein; two
    d a u g h t e r s , Mrs. Susan
    Eckhardt of Skaneateles and
    Karen Benning of West Falls;
    and two grandchildren, Andrew
    and Benjamin Eckhardt.
    Arrangements were by the
    W. L. Froehley Funeral Home
    on Lake Street.
