    Notes:

    Ricky A. Heksch, 61, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on March 19, 2019, unexpectedly, at Mt. St. Mary’s Hospital. Born in Niagara Falls, he was the son of Constance (Accetta) Heksch and the late Berthold Heksch.
    Ricky attended local schools and graduated from Niagara Falls High School. He began working as a medical orderly at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center and put himself through nursing school at N.C.C.C, where he graduated in 1984. Ricky worked as a Registered Nurse at Buffalo General Hospital for over 27 years until his retirement due to medical reasons. He was very proud of being a nurse and enjoyed caring for his patients. Above all, he enjoyed telling jokes and making his friends and family laugh. Rest in peace Kitty.
    In addition to his mother, he is survived by his siblings Anthony J. Heksch and Connie Juron, and was predeceased by two brothers, Bert and David E. (Phyllis) Heksch. Ricky also is survived by his nieces and nephew, Nicolette Juron, Christine Heksch and David G. Heksch.
    Visitation will be on Tuesday, April 2nd from 4 - 6:30 P.M. at M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY, where funeral services will follow at 6:30 P.M.     Berthold Heksch, 64, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on Saturday, March 2, 2019 at his residence. Born in Niagara Falls, he is the son of Constance (Accetta) Heksch and the late Berthold Heksch. 
    Bert attended local schools and graduated from Niagara Falls High School. He was employed as a painter for several years with the Painters and Allied Trades International Union District Council #4 in Buffalo, NY. He also tended bar at the Old Hilton Inn, the Pleasuredome and other local establishments in the area for many years. 
    Bert was an avid sports fan and especially enjoyed horse racing. He also enjoyed going to the Saratoga Race Course annually with his cherished brother, Tony. Above all, Bert loved spending time with his family and friends. He will be deeply missed.
    In addition to his mother, Bert is survived by his siblings, Ricky A. Heksch, Anthony J. Heksch, Connie Juron, and was predeceased by one brother, David E. Heksch. He is also survived by his nieces, Nicolette Juron and Christine Heksch; and one nephew David G. Heksch, as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.
    Visitation will be on Thursday, March 7th from 3 – 7 P.M. at the M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY, where funeral services will follow at 7:00 P.M. Interment in St. Joseph Cemetery will be held at the convenience of the family.     NIAGARA FALLS — David E. Heksch, 53, of Niagara Falls, NY, died on Wednesday, October 9, 2013, at N.F. Memorial Medical Center. Born in Niagara Falls, NY, he was the son of Constance (Accetta) Heksch of Niagara Falls, NY and the late Berthold Heksch.

    David was a lifelong resident of Niagara Falls, NY and attended local schools, including the former Trott Vocational High School. He was employed at K and K Janitorial in North Tonawanda, NY. Prior to that he worked at Carborundum and Modern Disposal. David enjoyed going fishing. Most of all, he liked spending time with his family.

    David is survived by his wife, Phyllis (Nocera) Heksch; two children, Christine (fiance Patrick Horton) Heksch and David G. Heksch, both of Niagara Falls, NY; one grandson, Marshall Horton; three brothers, Ricky A. Heksch, Berthold Heksch and Anthony J. Heksch; one sister, Constance Juron; one niece, Nicolette Juron. He was the son-in-law of Mary (late Virgil) Neadow of Niagara Falls, NY and brother-in-law of Rosemary (Ancil) Malicoat, Butch Nocera, Charlie Nocera, Joseph Nocera and Cynthia Campbell.

    Visitation will be on Monday from 5-9 PM at the M.J.COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY, where funeral services will begin on Tuesday, October 15th at 9:15 AM, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM at Holy Family of Jesus, Mary and Joseph at St. Joseph Church, 1413 Pine Avenue, Niagara Falls, NY, with Rev. Stewart Lindsay, O.S.F.S., officiating. Interment in St. Joseph Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Northeast Kidney Foundation of Greater Buffalo, 110 Broadway Street, Buffalo, NY 14203.
