    Marianne Duerr, (nee Lovegrove) age 83, of North Tonawanda, died peacefully, August 30, 2015 surrounded by her loving family at Niagara Hospice House, Lockport. She enjoyed spending time with her family, as well as sewing, camping, ceramics and bingo. She was a former employee of Bedell's Candlelight Lounge, Dr. Robert Kohnke DDS, Joanne Fabrics and Sears. She was the wife of the late Donald E. Duerr who died in 2014. Mother of Laura (Robert) Jagow, Linda (John) Reuther, Robert Duerr, John (Marla) Duerr, Donna Klug, Debra (Chris) Fronczak, Dorene (Brian) Manchester and Darcie (Daniel) Seider. Grandmother of 29 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Sister of Barbara Snedden and the late Shirley Phillips. Sister-in-law if Richard (Jean) Duerr and Robert (Caroline) Duerr; aunt of many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Fretthold Funeral Home Inc., 1241 Oliver St. at Ward Rd., in North Tonawanda on Tuesday & Wednesday from 4-8 PM. Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 10:00 AM from St. Mark Lutheran Church, 1135 Oliver St., in North Tonawanda, the Rev. Keith Knupp will officiate. Interment in St. Mark Lutheran Cemetery. If so desired memorials may be made to St. Mark Lutheran Church or Niagara Hospice. Guest register at frettholdfuneralhome.com.
