She was born in North Tonawanda on June 24, 1950, the daughter of Dorothy Ryan Vigrass and the late Robert Vigrass Sr. Charlene enjoyed camping and loved her dog and cats. Mother of Samuel Payne and predeceased by 2 infant brothers. Sister of Robert Vigrass Jr. and Richard (Connie) Vigrass. Also survived by nieces and nephews; Molly, Paul, Beth and Lori, Dear friend Linda and many extended family members. Family and friends may call at the RUTLAND-CORWIN FUNERAL HOME, INC. 2670 Main St. Newfane, NY on MONDAY March 25, 2019 from 3-7pm where a Funeral service will be held on TUESDAY March 26, 2019 at 11am. Burial will be in Acacia Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to American Cancer Society www.cancer.org or SAVE A PET www.saveapetniagara.com.
