Dec 22, 1885, daughter of Henry
and Wilhelmuie Quandt Roggow.
She came to Lockport 60 years ago
and was one of the oldest members
of Trinity Lutheran Church. She
was an'honorary member of the
Trinity Ladles Aid Society.
Besides Alderman Bluhm, she
leaves two other sons, William F.
Bluhm. Lockport; and Herbert w
Bluhm, Burlington, Vt.; three
daughters. Mrs. Frederick Pratt,
Mrs. Lee W. Taylor and Mrs. William
Sewar, Lockport; 14 grandchildren;
13 great-grandchildren; a
brother, Henry Roggow, Lockport,
and a sister, Mrs. Frederick Bred-
lau, Miami.
Services will be held Thursday at
2:30 at the home of her son, Fred,
in Evans Street. Burial will be in
Trinity Lutheran Cold Springs
Cemetery.

Bluhm, 71. of 8158 Akron Rd.,
Town of Royalton, died Sunday
(Sept. 3. 1961) at Lockport Memo-
rial Hospital after a long illness.
Born June 26, 1890 in Lockport,
he was the son of August and
Albertine Roggow Bluhm
He was a carpenter-millwright
at the Harrison Radiator Division
of General Motors Corp. for many
years, retiring in 1955.
He became Interested in politics
in 1941 and was the committeeman
for the Third District
of the Fifth Ward and later the
alderman for he Fifth Ward for
two terms. He was also an alderman-
at-large for eight years.
He retired from politics in 1953.
Mr. Bluhm was a member of
the IOOF United Lodge 98, the
Lockport Lodge 73 of the F&AM the John Hodge Lodge of Perfection
and St. Peter's Church.
Surviving him are his wife,
Mrs. Letitia Clugston Bluhm; two
daughters, Mrs. Walter W. Ur-
tel of Royalton; Mrs. Kathryn A.
Felton of Lockport; eight grand-
children; three sisters, Mrs. Fred-
erick Pratt and Mrs. Lee Taylor
Sr. of Lockport; and Mrs. Ray-
mond Cady of Wolcottsville; a

ing and heating contractor.
Mrs. Sreubing, who formerly

She was secretary of the Buf-

She enjoyed singing in the choir and was involved in several church activities. Ruth loved to travel, spending many winters in Phoenix Arizona. Ruth was preceded in death by her parents Waldemar and Alice Hacker, brother John William Hacker, niece Lisa Smith, and nephew John Stephen Hacker. John H. Vosburgh Jr. of Newfane, NY entered into rest on May 26, 2024, in Buffalo, NY. He was born in Lockport, NY on August 29th, 1952. John was the son of the late John H. Vosburgh Sr. and Audrey Tall Vosburgh. He was the owner/operator of Vosburgh Plumbing and Heating and enjoyed watching the Buffalo Bills and listening to the Beatles. John impacted the lives of many young men by coaching football at Lockport Little Loop, Desales High School, and Newfane High School. He loved spending time with his two grandchildren who lovingly referred to him as “Papa Holes in Socks”.


Father of Brooke Vosburgh and John (Tricia) Vosburgh. Brother of Candace (Tom) Hughes, Paul (Kathleen) Vosburgh and Michael (Dawn) Vosburgh. Grandfather of Vayda and Noah Vosburgh. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Marcia Bucolo passed away May 31, 2022 under the care of Niagara Hospice.  Born April 4, 1941 in Lockport she was the daughter of Malcolm and Kathryn (Bluhm) Felton.  Marcia was a wedding cake baker and designer working out of her house.  She was a member of All Saints Parish, enjoyed baking wedding cakes, gardening, cooking, and going for walks.  Marcia was predeceased by her husband Roy J. Bucolo on March 27, 2020.
Marcia is survived by her daughter Prudence (Jonathan) Blank; grandchildren Kathryn (Ryan) Sidoti, Jessica Blank (Dom Kosut), and Mike (fiancé Chelsea) Blank; also several brothers, sisters, nieces, and nephews.

James is survived by his wife Antionette (Zambito) Felton; siblings Robert (Nancy) Felton and Sharon (Charles Parker, Jr.) Behm; several nieces and nephews.  Besides his parents he was also predeceased by his siblings Marcia (late Roy) Bucolo, Sandra (late Raymond) King and Karen (late James) Donner; and brother-in-law Duane Behm.

BUFFALO — Sandra K. King passed away Saturday, January 21, 2012, at Buffalo General Hospital. Born in Lockport on September 20, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Malcolm and Kathryn Bluhm Felton. Sandra owned and operated her craft business, named the Rainbow Collection, for over 25 years, retiring in 2008. Aside from her crafts, she was very involved in 4-H and loved spending time with her family. Sandra was also very devoted to her older brother, Jimmy. Sandra was predeceased by her husband, Raymond King, who passed away October 2010.

Sandra is survived by her son, Lowell J. (Trisha) King of Blandon, PA. She was the sister of James (Patti) Felton of Lockport, Marcia (Roy) Bucolo of Lockport, Karen (James) Donner of Wilson, Sharon (Duane) Behm of Lockport and Robert (Nancy) Felton of Gasport. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Sandra will be sadly missed by her grand-dog, Sage and her two dogs, Skylar and Sasha.

Obituary of Terry E. Drury

Terry E. Drury passed away November 27, 2020 in Buffalo General medical Center.  Born February 6, 1948 in Lockport he was the son of Manuel and Eleanor (Sewar) Drury.  Terry served in the US Army during Vietnam and worked for the Town of Newfane in the Highway Department.  He was a social member of the Rapids Volunteer Fire Co. where he went to have coffee with his buddies.  Terry enjoyed watching western movies, NASCAR, and had a great love for his dogs.
Terry is survived by his wife Nancy (Harris) Drury; daughter Brandi Morgret; stepchildren Tammi (Eric) McKendree and Andy (Meagan) Cordle; five grandchildren; sister Karen (Russ) Harrison; furry companions Tweety, Twiggy, Taffy, and Tinker.

Lorilyn A. (Lori) Maloney, 56, of Lockport, NY, passed away on Tuesday, June 27, 2017 . Born on November 8, 1960 in Medina, NY, she was the daughter of the late William and Norma (Sewar) Maloney. 
Lori graduated from Royalton-Hartland and later became a home health aide. She was a former member of the Redman Club. She also enjoyed cruise nights, karaoke, oldies and country music. 
She is survived by her son, Brian Maloney; granddaughter, Madison Maloney; sisters, Carolyn Eaton and Ellen Schmidt; brother, Michael Maloney; and several nieces and nephews. 
Friends and family are welcome to join us for a memorial service and a Celebration of Her Life to be announced at a later date.

Michael W. Maloney, Sr. passed away January 16, 2021 in Niagara Hospice House surrounded by his loving family. He was born on March 24, 1952 in Lockport, NY a son of the late William and Norma (Sewar) Maloney.
Michael was a machinist for St. Mary’s Manufacturing in North Tonawanda, NY. He Loved riding on his Harley Davidson and driving around on his Slingshot. Michael enjoyed gardening, woodworking, shooting pool and going to the casino.
He was predeceased by his sister Lorilyn Maloney. Michael is survived by his fiancé Deborah Krzyzanowski; son Michael Maloney, Jr.; sisters Carolyn (late David) Eaton, Ellen Schmidt; 3 grandchildren; his faithful companion Tina and several nieces and nephews.

Kevin is survived by his wife, Karrie Cronkhite. Beloved father of Karah (Jason Cain) Cronkhite. Beloved son of James (Glenda) Cronkhite. Dear brother of David (Jennifer) Cronkhite, Linda (Denny) Wagner, and the late James M. Cronkhite. Son-in-law of Louis and Carol Peracciny. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.
