    BOGNAR - Peter L. November 23, 2011; age 82; of Tonawanda, NY; after a courageous fight against heart disease; beloved husband of Dorothy (nee Proefrock) Bogner; dear father of Peter (Susan), Michael (Pamela) and Cynthia (Gary Astridge) Bognar; grandfather of Ashley, Michael, Jennifer and Peter Bognar; brother of Edward (Eileen) Bognar; brother-in-law of Dennis (Jean) Profrock; also survived by many nieces and nephews. No visitation. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 AM Tuesday (November 29) at St. Francis Chapel, 71 Adam St., Tonawanda. Friends invited. If desired, memorials to Hospice Buffalo or St. Francis School endowment Fund are preferred. Mr. Bognar was an army veteran of the Korean War and had been employed at the DuPont Plant in the Town of Tonawanda before retiring.
