    Pacific area on Feb. id, 1944, the
    body has arrived at the home of
    his mother, Mrs. Rosella Harringshaw.

    Born in Medina, Aug. 16, 1920,
    Pfe. Johnson attended the Medina
    High School, enlisting in the Marine
    Corps on Jan. 1, 1942, during
    his senior year ln high school. He

    Pall Meet at Canandaigua
    Canandaigua-The Wayne Holstein Club, which served
    both Ontario and Wayne Counties, has arranged for a fall
    meeting in the Courthouse here on Wednesday at 8 p. m. This
    meeting is open to ajl interested Holstein breeders regardless
    of whether they are members of
    the organisations.
    in addition to the' regular business
    meeting there will be several
    guest speakers with Information
    interesting to Holstein owners.
    Carl Wooster, president of the Holstein-
    Frieslan Association of America,
    will talk, while Hugh Hughes,
    superintendent of cattle at the Palmyra
    Fair, will report on the recent
    State Cattle Show. William
    Brown, secretary of the State Holstein
    Association, will give the
    latest Information on the affairs
    In the state organization.
    For some time the Wayne County
    members of the club have been
    much more active than the Ontario
    County members. Realizing that
    there are many important Holstein
    breeders in Ontario County who
    would greatly add to the strength
    of the organisation as well as benefit
    themselves, the club Is planning
    a series of meetings to be held at
    locations more convenient to Ontario
    County residents than those
    held at Sodus ln the past
    received his training at San Diego,
    Calif., and went overseas, where
    he served with the 22nd Marine
    Division. Also surviving are his
