    Alice Lembach, Mrs. Lucy Thom-
    son, Miss Olive Brigham and Mrs.
    Florence Peters all of Gasport.
    Four sons, Robert of Lockport;
    Irving of Jeddo, N.Y., Harold
    and Raymond Brigham, both of
    Lockport, twelve grandchildren
    and five great-grandchildren.
    Friends may call at the late home
    where funeral will be hed on
    Tuesday, April 24, 1956 at 2 P.M.
    Mr. A. M. Barry will officiate. In-
    terment will be in Orangeport
    Cemetery.

    Ridge Road, Medina, died
    Thursday at Highland Hospital
    in Rochester.
    Brigham was born July 26,
    1911 in Gasport, the son of the
    late Charles and Cora (Otto)
    Brigham. A resident of the
    Town of Ridgeway for the past
    25 years, Brigham was employed
    as a truck driver for 14
    years by the Middleport
    Lumber Company until his
    retirement in 1973.
    He is survived by his wife
    (Isabelle (nee Sherman),
    whom he married in Barker
    October 30, 1937 with the Rev.
    Robert Teel officiating. He is
    also survived by one son,
    Douglas S. Brigham of Medina;
    two. daughters, Mrs. Donald
    (Carolyn) Pfcskaty of Barker
    and Mrs. Donald (Beverly)
    Snell of Gasport and was the
    brother of Ruth Jergee, Alice
    Lembaeh, Mrs. Thomas (Lucy)
    Thompson, Olive Brigham,
    Raymond Brigham Sr., and
    Harold Brigham, all of
    Gasport, Robert Brigham of
    Lockport and the late Florence
    Peters; also surviving are five
    grandchildren.
    The family will be present at
    the Sherrie-Bream Funeral
    Home, 4521 Main St., Gasport,
    Saturday from 7-10 p.m.
    Funeral services will be held
    Sunday at 2 p.m. with the Rev.
    Wayne Dent of the Faith
    Tabernacle Church of Lockport
    officiating. Interment will be in
    Orangeport Union Cemetery,
    Gasport.
    In lieu of flowers, memorials
    to the FaithTabernacle Church
    of Lockport or to the American
    Heart Association will be appreciated.

    Gasport: Norma J. Stern, age 94, passed away September 2, 2022. She was born October 2, 1927 in Middleport to the late Robert and Anna (Brigham) Jerge.
    Norma worked as a nurse for many years. She enjoyed camping, time outdoors, the Buffalo Bills and most importantly spending time with her family.
    In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Clyde Stern, and brother Don Jerge.
    Norma is survived by her children, Timothy (Beth) Stern, Wendy (Late Mike) DiNardo, Ricky (Austin) Stern, Peter (Rebecca) Stern, Kathy Lonnen, Richard (Debbie) Stern, many grandchildren and great greatgrandchildren.
    Services for Norma will be held privately.
    Norma’s arrangements have been entrusted to Sherrie Bream Funeral Home, Gasport, NY.

Marjorie worked as a Registered Nurse for Roswell Park in Buffalo, NY and UCLA in California for several years. She loved people, enjoyed golfing, fishing, many different sports, traveling, and a deep abiding faith that directed her life.  Mother of Sandra (James Carr) and Jeffrey (Connie) Heiser.     A three-and-a-half year old Gas-
    port girl was electrocuted shortly
    after 11 o'clock this morning when
    she touched an electric fence on
    the farm of her uncle, John O. Dev-
    ereaux of the Budd Road, town of
    Cambria.
    Artificial respiration by the
    Wright's Corners Volunteer F i r e
    Company ambulance squad failed
    to revive Katey Lou Brigham,
    daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond
    Brigham of RD, Gasport. She was
    pronounced dead on arrival at
    Lockport City Hospital.
    She was taken to the hospital
    in the Wright's Corners ambulance.
    Dr. Lemuel R. Hurlbut, of Lockport,
    coroner, said he will issue a
    certificate of accidental death.
    Besides her parents, she Is survived
    by a brother, Raymond, 13.
    two sisters, Karen, 10, and Sue
    Ann, 8, and two grandmoth-
    ers, Mrs. Charles Brigham of Gas-
    port and Mrs. Norman Berner of
    Akron.
    Funeral arrangements are being
    handled by the Bream Funeral
    Home in Gasport.

    On June 9th, 2024 Kathy Lynn Lonnen,64, mother, grandmother, and sister passed away peacefully surrounded by family. 

    Born and raised in Gasport, Kathy was an avid lover of all animals of any kind, especially frogs! Kathy had an intoxicating laugh and a glowing smile. Her loves in life were scary movies, gardening, eating, laughter and of course her family.

    Kathy was born December 15, 1959 to Clyde and Norma Stern. She is survived by her amazing, fun loving daughters Shawna (Waylen) Washburn and Jess (Lance) Gardner, Grandchildren: Ouija (Cheyenne) Grey and Brianna Elko, siblings: Tim(Beth)Stern, Wendy (Mike) DiNardo, Rick (Austin)Stern, Pete(Rebecca)Stern, Dick (Debbie)Stern and many nephews and one niece.

    Friends and family may call on her at Bates, Wallace, & Heath Funeral Home 38 State St. Middleport, NY 14105 on Saturday, June 15th from 1:00-3:00pm.

    In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Kathy’s name to Save-A-Pet. saveapetniagara.
