    Funeral services for Henry P.
    Buehl, 87, member of a prominent
    East Aurora family, will be held
    tomorrow afternoon at 2.30 o'clock
    in the home of his daughter, Mrs.
    Frederick L. Goetz, East Main
    Street, East Aurora. The Rev. S.
    Edward Young will officiate.
    Burial will be in Forest LaWn Cem-
    etery. Mr. Buehl, who formerly
    was connected with a Buffalo bak-
    ery, also is survived by a son, Fred-
    erick H., of East Aurora, and a
    brother, Charles, of San Bernar-
    dino, Cal. He was a member of
    Parish Lodge, F&AM.

    Two men were killed in automobile
    accidents outside the city yesterday
    One of the victims died when his
    machine was struck by a freight en-
    gine in Cheektowaga. The other, a
    pedestrian, was injured fatally in De-
    pew.
    The men who lost their lives in the
    accidents about two miles apart were
    Frederick Buehl, Jr., 33, of East Main
    St., East Aurora, and Arthur Jack,
    about 55, a roomer at 5521 Transit
    Rd., Depew.
    Buehl met death shortly before 3
    o'clock yesterday morning when his
    auto was struck by a New York
    Central Lines locomotive on the
    Dick Rd. crossing in Cheektowaga.
    His machine was demolished when
    it was hurled into a gully beside the
    railroad tracks. Buehl was pronounced
    dead at the scene by Dr. Walter L.
    Sydoriak, 4289 Union Rd.
    Medical Examiner Rocco N. De-
    Dominicis said the motorist suffered
    a crushed chest and other injuries. He
    issued a certificate of accidental
    death. Dr. DeDominicis said the vic-
    tim's family lives in Canandaigua.
    Lieut. Bernard Kistowski of the
    Cheektowaga police said the engineer
    of the easthound freight was J. J.
    Kerwin, 43 Wellington Rd.. Buffalo.
    The engineer told the officer he did
    not see the automobile until after the
    collision.
    Dies in Hospital
    Jack died in Sisters Hospital at
    9.05 o'clock last night about two
    hours after he was struck in Transit
    Rd. at Ellicott Rd., Depew.
    Doctors said he suffered fractures
    of the skull, ribs, left ankle and wrist
    and multiple lacerations. Dr. Dc-
    Dominicis is investigating.
    Sgt. Louis Baldo and Patrolman
    Edmund Markus of Depew said Rob-
    ert C. Keicher, 19, of 35 Pleasant
    Ave., Lancaster, was the driver of the
    car. He told the policemen he did
    not see Jack because his attention was
    drawn to another man crossing the in-
    tersection.

    Metal Corp., Depew, had roomed at
    the Transit Rd. address about three
    months. Police said they believed ha
    formerly lived in Attica.
    Depew authorities are attempting to
    locale a son, believed to be serving
    in the U. S. Army, and a daughter
