    The will of Mrs. Anna Qulnn, who died here April 12, was filed for probate by County Judge-Surrogate William A. Gold In surrogate's court at City Hall today and Catherine Qulnn, a daughter, was named executrix. The estate, according to the petition for probate, consists of $6,000 realty and $500 personal property. The will divides the estate equally among four daughters and three sons, Anna Murphy, Margaret Holmes and Charles Quinn, of 1837 Michigan avenue; Frank Quinn, 756 Tenth street, William Quinn, McConnelsville, O., and Stella Christie, 1407 Eighteenth street.

    Thomas H. Quinn. 46 years old. 1834 Pierce avenue, died In a Buffalo hospital last night, following a long illness. The funeral will be held from the home at 9;30 a m. Friday, with services at the Church of the Sacred Heartt at 10 a. m. Burial will be in Riverdale cemetery. ' Mr. Quinn was born in Niagara Falls, ; son of late Thomas N. Quinn and Mrs Anna Quinn. He had lived here all -his life. He is survived by his, mother. three brothers, William. Frank and. Charles and four sisters. Mrs. Anna Murphy. Mrs Stella Christie, Mrs. Margaret Holrnes and Miss Catherine Quinn.

    William Quinn, formerly of Pierce avenue, this city, died last night at the Rocky Glen sanatorium In McConnellsvllle. Ohio, where he had been a patient for three years. He was formerly employed for eight years as a brakeman by the Niagara Junction railroad. He was a member of the Brotherhood of Railway Trainmen. ! Surviving Mr. Quinn are two brothers. Frank and Charles, and four sisters. Mrs. Anna Murphy, Mrs. Stella Christie, Mrs. Margaret Holmes and Miss Catherine Quinn, of this city. Plans were being made today to hold the funeral from Mrs Murphy's home. 1837 Michigan avenue, at a time to be announced later.

A native of this city, she was a member of the Ladies' Catholic Benevolent Assn. Her husband, John J. Murphy, died in August 1955. Surviving': are a daughter. Mrs. John Rountree, this city; two sons, James McMahon, this city, and Harry McMahon. Lewiston; two sisters. Mrs. Stella Christie and Catharine Quinn, this city, and two grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 8:30 a.m. Thursday at the residence and at 9:15 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church. Interment will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.

A native of Niagara FAlls, she was the daughter of the late Thomas A. and Anna Quinn. She lived at 1834 Pierce Ave. for more than 50 years before moving to the home of a niece, Mrs. Donald J. (Lois) Boland. She was a member of the Ladies Catholic Benevolent Association. Survivors include several other nieces and nephews. Funeral services are scheduled at the Rhoney Funeral Home, 1124 Ontario Ave. for Wednesday at 8:45 a.m. and at Sacred Heart Church at 9:15 a.m. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. today and Tuesday

A native of this city, she worked as a secretary for the former Knack Sinclair Corp., and later worked for the George H. Courter Co. Inc. She was a member of the Ladies Catholic Benevolent Assn. Mrs. Holmes is survived by two sons, Stewart and Bernard Holmes; two daughters, Lois Ann and Mary Lou Holmes, and three sisters, Mrs. John Murphy, Mrs. Stella Christie and Miss Catherine Quinn, all of this city. Funeral services will be held at her home Monday at 8:30 a.m. and at Sacred Heart Church at 9:15. Burial will be in Riverdale Cemetery.
