William F. Duchow
MIDDLEPORT - William F. Duchow, 70 of Lewiston Road, died Thursday (Aug. 22, 1958) in Medina Memorial Hospital where he had been a patient for six days. He was born Jan. 7, 1898 in the Town of Royalton, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Duchow. He was a member of St. Michael's Lutheran Church, Wolcottsville. He had operated a farm in this area most of his life. His wife, the former Amanda Smith, died in 1963. Survivors include a son, Elwood of Middleport, two brothers, Frank of Lockport and Charles of Middleport; two granddaughters, Mrs. Roger (Ruth) Johnson of Gasport and Middleport; one great-grandson, several nieces and nephews. Friends may call today and Saturday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Wallace and Heath Funeral Home Inc. where services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday.The Rev. Hilbert Huth of St. Michael's Lutheran Church will officiate. Burial will be in Royalton Mountain Ridge Cemetery.

MIDDLEPORT - William F. Duchow, 70, of Lewiston Road, a lifelong farmer in this area, died Thursday (Aug. 22, 1968) at Medina Memorial Hospital, where he had been a patient for six days. Born Jan. 7, 1999 in the Town of Royalton, he was a son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Duchow. His wife, the former Amanda Smith, died in 1963. He was a member of St. Michael's Lutheran Church at Wolcottsville. Surviving are a son, Elwood W. Duchow of Middleport; two granddaughters, Mrs. Roger (Ruth) Johnson of Gasport, and Mrs. Roger (Bernice) Raff of Middleport; a great grandson; two brothers, Frank Duchow of Lockport and Charles Duchow of Middleport; also several nieces and nephews. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Wallace & Heath Funeral Home Inc., State Street, Middleport, where funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday. The Rev. Hilbert Huth, pastor of St.Michael's Lutheran Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Royalton Mountain Ridge Cemetery.
