    Edward P. Williams, 66, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on March 7, 2022 at Niagara Falls Memorial Hospital.  Born in Fort Bragg, NC, he was the son of Clare G. (Gornicki) Williams and the late Thomas J. ‘Joe’ Williams.
    Eddie was a 1973 graduate of Bishop Duffy High School, where he was the captain of the varsity basketball team.  He later attended Fulton County Community College, were he also played basketball.  Ed served in the Air Force Reserves.  On February 4, 1989, he married Terri M. (Graff) Williams.  Eddie was employed as a Poker Dealer at the Seneca Niagara Casino in Niagara Falls, NY.  He also brought joy to many parties, events and functions as ‘Happy the Clown’.  Ed also enjoyed golfing.
    In addition to his wife of 33 years and his mother, Ed is survived by his children, Angel (Chris) Crespo, Rachel (Rory O’Boyle) Porter, and David (Arlynn) Williams; his grandchildren, Brooklyn, Harper, Benjamin and Steven; his siblings, Robert (Joanne) Williams, Lori (Brian) Brooks, Richard (Debra) Williams, and Debra (late Danny) Southward, as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.  In addition to his father, he was predeceased by his brother, Tommy J. Williams.
    Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 12 from 2 – 5:30 PM at M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY 14304, where funeral services will be held at 5:30 PM.  Everyone is invited to join with the family for a Celebration of Life at the Bakery Restaurant, 3004 Niagara Street, Niagara Falls, NY 14303 immediately following the services.  If desired, memorial offerings may be made to a charity of one’s choice.  Visit mjcoluccifuneralchapel.com for online condolences.
