    Gustav Kermg, 81, died last night at his home on the Hunt road, Bergholtz. He wss s lifelong resident. Surviving are a son, Henry Zappendorf of North Tonawanda, and a daughter, Mrs. Charles Werth of Bergholtz. Rites will be held Thursday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock from the Holy Ghost church. The Rev. John Kuckenbecker will officiate. Burial will be in Holy Ghost cemetery.

    Of the Town of Pendleton, passed away on Friday, October 6, 2023, in Niagara Hospice House. She was born in Tonawanda, NY, on June 28, 1928, the daughter of the late Raymond and Elsie [Gierke] Hartman.
     
    Mrs. Belling graduated from Niagara Falls High School. She loved being a homemaker taking care of her family. Mrs. Belling was a member of the Home Bureau and enjoyed doing crafts.

    She was the wife of the late Ralph E. Belling, who passed away in January of 2011. Mrs. Belling  is survived by her sons Roger J. Belling and Roy D. (Patti) Belling, four grandchildren Kimberly (Shawn) McIntyre, Kevin Belling, Angel and Lisa Hartman, great-grandchildren Ella, Cole, Michael-Jacob, also many additional great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

    She was the sister of the late Douglas Hartman.

    Her family will be present on  Thursday October 12,  from 3-7 PM at the RHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 5893 Hoover Road, SANBORN, NY.

    Funeral services will be held  on Friday October 13, at 10:00 AM at St. Martin's Lutheran Church, 322 Old Falls Blvd., North Tonawanda, NY, with the Rev. Meghan James officiating.

    Memorials in her name to NCCC Foundation for the Home Bureau Scholarship, 3111 Saunders Settlement Road Sanborn, NY 14132. 

    Interment in White Chapel Memorial Park, Amherst, NY.

Also survived by several nieces and nephews and cousins.No prior visitation. Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service at Frieden’s Peace Church, 1280 North French Road, Amherst, Erie County, NY on Saturday morning at 11:00 AM. Private interment services will be held at Acacia Park Cemetery. The family requests that memorials may be made to North Tonawanda Food Pantry. Arrangements by the Brunner Funeral Home.

    Ruth V. Gorski, age 72, passed away on January 31, 2013, at her home. She was born on July 20, 1940 in Niagara County, NY, daughter of the late Edwin and Beulah Mante. Mrs. Gorski was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Gastonia, NC.
    She is survived by her daughter, Cheryl McAbee; husband, Jonathan of Gastonia; brother, Harold Mante and his wife, Rosemary of North Tonawanda, NY; grandchildren, Jennifer McCune and Kimberly McCune; great-grandchildren, Victoria, Gabrielle, Keylan, Damien, Aydriannah. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Chester J. Gorski; and great-granddaughter, Kailey Carroll.
    The family will receive friends from 12:30 - 1:30 PM on Saturday at Greene Funeral Service, South Chapel, 1503 S. York Rd., Gastonia, NC. A graveside and interment service will be held at 2 PM on Saturday at Evergreen Cemetery, Belmont, officiated by Rev. Dr. J. George Gilbert. Memorials may be made to Gaston Hospice, P. O.
