Life Story

Erin Elizabeth Neace, 22, of Ransomville, NY, passed from this life, into the loving arms of Jesus, following a lifelong heart condition, on November 11, 2022 at Mount St. Mary’s Hospital.  Born on July 10, 2000 in Buffalo, NY, she was the beloved daughter of Jason and Janice (nee Gray) Neace. 

 
Erin felt the need in her heart to spread the message of the Gospel and for people to love Jesus like she did, but felt, due to her illness, she didn’t have the opportunity to do so.  This obituary is her chance.  If you have not already done so, please learn about Jesus and the glorious message of salvation, that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us, repent of your sins and accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior.  Erin’s wish was to see you all in His Kingdom of Heaven.  

 
In addition to learning about God and reading the Bible, she loved her family and enjoyed trail riding in their side-by-side, campfires, playing video games, hanging with her best friend, Crystal, reading books with her mom and making funny songs with her dad.  Erin was always making up and telling jokes and was a master of hugs and back scratches. She would greet and talk with everyone she met and wanted to help by opening doors or anything she could for them.  Erin always wanted to be God’s Light in the world.  

 
Besides her parents, Erin is survived by grandparents, Dudley and Catherine Neace; aunts and uncles, JoAnn (David) Mueller, Robert (Sheri) Gray, Donald (late Beverly) Gray and Sarah (Michael) Sargent and several cousins.  She was predeceased by an aunt, Mary Ann (Robert) Stone.
