Notes:

Florence E. Gregorski, 95, passed away Sunday, March 19, 2023 at her Youngstown, NY home with her loving family by her side. Born in Niagara Falls, NY on February 26, 1928 she was the daughter of John and Violet (Lipniarski) Kokoszka. Florence graduated from North Tonawanda High School and married Edwin A. Gregorski on June 26, 1948.


After living in North Tonawanda for 15 years, they relocated to Mobile, AL where Florence became a successful sales associate at Dillard's for 30 years. She had a following of loyal clientele and received the highest award as a Pacesetter.


After Edwin passed in 2004, Florence retired and moved back to Youngstown to be near her family. She was a communicant of St. Bernard's Church; an avid Yankee fan and she delighted in sending greeting cards for all occasions to her family and friends. She was a loving, kind and generous lady.


Florence is survived by her children, Gregory; Paula (Ronald) Mort; Cynthia (James) McDonald; grandchildren, Brendan (Joseph Easterly) Mort; John Andrews; and Tiller and Kathryn McDonald. She is also survived by her brother-in-law Richard Gregorski (Patricia) of Hockessin, DE and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.


There is NO PRIOR visitation. A Memorial Mass will be held 10:00 AM on Saturday, March 25th at St. Bernard's Church, 218 Hinman Street, Youngstown, NY with Rev. Cole Webster officiating. Burial in Holy Trinity Cemetery, Lewiston, NY, will take place at the convenience of the family. Gregory E. Gregorski, 74, of Youngstown, NY, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, June 25, 2023. Born in Niagara Falls, NY, he was the son of the late Edwin and Florence Gregorski; beloved brother of Paula (Ronald) Mort and Cyndi (Jim) McDonald; cherished uncle of Brendan (Joe Easterly) Mort; John Andrews; Tiller and Kathryn McDonald; and an uncle, Richard (Pat) Gregorski. He is also survived by many cousins.


Gregory graduated from North Tonawanda High School; Niagara County Community College; Buffalo State College; and Niagara University. He was a certified substance abuse counselor; received a master's degree in education; and was a certified LPN. He was employed by the New York State Department of Unemployment in Geneseo, NY for over 20 years until his retirement in 2019. Gregory then relocated to Youngstown and was a devoted son and caregiver to his mother, Florence, who recently passed in March of this year.


There will be NO PRIOR visitation. A Memorial Mass will be held 11:00 AM on Thursday, July 6th at Divine Mercy Parish, 2437 Niagara Street, Niagara Falls, NY with Rev. James Kirkpatrick officiating. Burial in Holy Trinity Cemetery, Lewiston, NY, will take place at the convenience of the family. Arrangements entrusted to ZAJAC FUNERAL HOME INC.
