Joseph Anthony Rizzotto, a lifelong resident of the area, passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 16, 2024, at the age of 76. Born on June 5, 1947, in Niagara Falls, he was the son of the late Anthony and Rose (Ciadella) Rizzotto. Joseph's early years were spent in Niagara Falls, where he attended local schools and graduated from Niagara Falls High School in 1965. That same year, he enlisted in the United States Navy.
