    Notes:

    George J. Caccamise, of Lewiston, NY, passed away on Monday, August 10, 2020, at his home under the care of his family and Niagara Hospice. He was born in Niagara Falls, NY, on April 18, 1943, the son of the late Charles and Irma (McInerney) Caccamise.
    Mr. Caccamise graduated from Bishop Duffy High School and was employed with the Carborundum Corp. for over 45 years.
    He loved and was well known for his hockey talents on two men's teams and for coaching the Trott Vocational hockey team.
    His wonderful card playing buddies Doug, Jimmy, Ken, Lou, Tom and John from Carborundum, always included him, even after he lost his eyesight.
    He had a wonderful walking friend, Gail, with whom he treasured their walks and talks.
    Mr. Caccamise is survived by his wife of 56 years, Cindy (Callan) Caccamise; his children, David (Andrea) Caccamise and Lynda (Albert) Celeste; five wonderful, loving grandchildren, Nick (Liz), Joe (Megan), Max, Michael and Kristine (Matt) Quarantillo; also four great-grandchildren, with another on the way; three brothers, Charles (Janet), Tim (Susan) and Dan Caccamise; a brother-in-law, Bill (Paulette) Callan; also many nieces and nephews.
    He was the father of the late Brian Caccamise; and brother of the late Judy West and Kathleen Franke.
    Friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday at 10:00 AM at St. Mary of the Cataract Church, 237 Fourth Street, Niagara Falls, NY. Due to current regulations, social distancing and facial coverings are required
    They say goodbyes are not forever- goodbyes are not the end. It simply means we'll miss you until we meet again.
    Memorials may be made in his name to Niagara Hospice.

    of the Town of Cambria, NY, passed away on Friday, February 23, 2018, after a brief, courageous battle with cancer.
    He was born in Lewiston, NY, on July 10, 1967, the son of George and Cynthia [Callan] Caccamise.
    Brian graduated from Trott Vocational High School, the University of Buffalo and from the School of Oceanography at Long Beach, CA.     He was a  technological specialist and project manager with the former Quality Inspection Services which became Applus + RTD for the past 17 years.
    Brian was an assistant JV hockey coach  with the Wilson/Newfane North Stars and was very involved with his children's activities growing up.
    In addition to his parents,  he is survived by his wife Kathrin L. [Dail] Caccamise, his children Madison and Chance Caccamise, and was the brother of David (Andrea) Caccamise and Lynda (Albert) Celeste, also many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
    Brian was the love that we could count on - always. He was strong and caring, devoted to us and his children. There has to be another word for "missed", for surely he will be and much more. Your love is forever in our hearts.
    His family will be present on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the RHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 901 Cayuga Street, LEWISTON, NY, where funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 10:00 AM, with the Msgr. David G. LiPuma.
    Memorials may be made in his name to Niagara Hospice, 4675 Sunset Drive, Lockport, NY 14094.
