    Leroy J. Milsap
    Leroy J. Milsap, age 78, of North Tonawanda, died February 7, 2009, in Roswell Park Cancer Institute, after a brief illness. Leroy was a U.S. Army Veteran and had worked as a Chemical Analyst at DuPont Chemical, Niagara Falls, retiring in 1992. He had served on the Board of Directors of Niagara Lutheran Health System and was a member and past President of St. Martin Lutheran Church. He had also been an active member of the former St. Peter’s Ev. Lutheran Church.Beloved husband of Jean (nee Vallett) Milsap; loving father of Wendy (Keith) Lange and Robert (Tiffany) Milsap, both of Wheatfield. Grandfather of Scott (Denise), Jeffrey (Jaime), Aaron and Athena; great-grandfather of Marissa, Matthew, Bridgette and Abby. Brother of Thomas (June) Milsap of Rock Ledge, FL; uncle of several nieces and nephews.Friends may call at the Fretthold Funeral Home Inc., 1241 Oliver St., at Ward Rd., in North Tonawanda, on Tuesday from 3-5 and 7-9 PM. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 10:30 AM from St. Martin Lutheran Church, 322 Old Falls Blvd., in North Tonawanda, the Rev. Devie Ellis will officiate. Interment in Acacia Park Cemetery. If so desired, memorials may be made to St. Martin Lutheran Church or the Niagara Lutheran Health System. Guest register available at Frettholdfuneralhome.com
