Gladys A. Beutel (nee Bartel) age 94, of Sanborn, passed away June 29, 2007, in Mt. View Health Facility in Lockport.
Mrs. Beutel was born April 11, 1913 in North Tonawanda, daughter of the late Gustav and Emma Bartel.
Mrs. Beutel was a life long member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church and a member of it's Ladies Aid Society and Friendship Club. She was also a member of the Newfane Senior Citizens. Mrs. Beutel loved gardening, baking, writing poetry, sewing and quilting.
Mrs. Beutel is predeceased by her husband the late Hubert T. Beutel who passed away in 1991.
She is the beloved mother of Howard (Arlene) of Medina NY, late Jerry (Gail) Beutel of Lockport, Raymond (Amanda) Beutel of Lockport, Bonita (Leonard) Forth of Macedon and Rev. David (Kathleen) Beutel of Sanborn.
Sister of the late Edward Bartel, late Clara (late William) Beutel, late Louis Bartel and late Margaret (Allen) Stoelting.
Also survived by ten grand children, eight great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Friends may call Monday from 2 to 9 PM at the WATTENGEL Funeral Home 307 Oliver St. North Tonawanda. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday at 11 AM from St. Paul's Lutheran Church 453 Old Falls, Blvd, North Tonawanda with the Rev. Karl Hauessler officiating.
Burial will be in St. Paul's Lutheran Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Paul's Lutheran Church.

Obituary of Howard Beutel

Howard H. Beutel of Lockport, NY passed away on Saturday April 28, 2018. Born on February 26, 1934 in Sanborn, NY and lived there most of his life. He was the son of Hubert and Gladys Bartel Beutel. Howard served in the Air Force from 1953 – 1961 and retired from Harrison Radiator in 1991. He enjoyed music, playing the fiddle and performing with friends, reading and building small windmills. Howard was a member of St. Michael’s Lutheran Church, Wolcottsville.
 
Howard is survived by his wife, Arlene Beutel; daughter, Brenda Beutel; grandson, Braeden (Brandi) Beutel; great grandchildren, Braelyn and Briella Beutel; siblings, David (Kathy), Raymond (Amanda) and Bonita (late Leonard) Forth; sister in law, Gail (late Gerald) Beutel and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by two former wives, Ellen and Rita.

Services for Jerry J. Beutel, 55, a retiree of Harrison
Division, General Motors Corp., will be held at 10:30 A.M. Thursday in St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Old Niagara Falls Boulevard, Martinsville. Burial will be in Acacia Park Cemetery, Pendleton.
Beutel, of Campbell Boulevard, died Sunday (May 10, 1992) in his home after a long illness.
He retired in February as a mold maker after a 34-year career with Harrison.
Survivors include his wife, the former Gail Uschold; two sons, Troy J. of Cambridge, MA., and Darin L. of Salt Lake City; his mother, Gladys Bartel Beutel of Sanborn; three brothers, Howard of Sanborn, David of North Tonawanda, and Raymond, and a sister, Bonnie Forth

Rev. David Beutel, 69, of Sanborn, NY Friday (April 5, 2019) in Mt. St. Mary’s Hospital. Rev. Beutel was born in North Tonawanda, New York on September 5, 1949 to Hubert and Gladys (Bartel) Beutel. Rev. Beutel grew up in Sanborn, went to St. Paul’s Lutheran Church and School, then later Starpoint High School. He graduated from Concordia Theological Seminary, in Springfield, Illinois in 1973 with a Master of Divinity. He then served at Redeemer and First Lutheran Church in Monkton and Logan Township, Ontario, He served at Redeemer Lutheran Church in North Tonawanda since 1983 until the present. In his spare time, he enjoyed cooking, barbecuing, his John Deere, traveling, target shooting, and the outdoors. Rev. Beutel was predeceased by his parents and his brothers Jerry and Howard Beutel. 
Rev. Beutel is survived by his wife of 47 years Kathleen (Lange) Beutel, father of Laura (Ryan) Allen, Heidi Beutel, and Eric (Heidi Edmands) Beutel, brother of Raymond (Amanda), Bonita (the late Leonard) Forth, brother-in-law of Gail and Arlene Beutel. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews and his Redeemer Family.
Friends may call Tuesday (April 9, 2019) from 12-3 P.M. and 5-8 P.M. at the Wattengel Funeral Home, 533 Meadow Drive North Tonawanda, NY. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 10:00 A.M. at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 265 Falconer Street, North Tonawanda, NY. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Redeemer Lutheran Church
