    MARGARET L. FAILING, age 78 of Wheatfield, NY, was called unexpectedly to her heavenly home on June 26, 2021 at Buffalo General Medical Center. Born in North Tonawanda, NY on July 12, 1942; daughter of the late Allan and Hilda (DeVantier) Grawe. A graduate of Niagara Wheatfield High School class of 1960; Margaret was a lifelong member of St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church in Wheatfield, she enjoyed bowling, was a avid Bingo player, for many years went to Aruba on vacations, loved playing cards and board games with her grandchildren, her Christian faith and church was a very important part of her life, and she cherished the time spent with her family and friends.Margaret was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Henry "Butch" Failing on November 17, 2015, and her brother, Daniel Grawe.Survivors include her four loving children, Lynette Failing of North Tonawanda, Mark (Holly) Failing of Wheatfield, Keith (Noelle) Failing of Wheatfield, and Keri (Doug) Clark of Williamsville; ten grandchildren, Brianna, Madison, Chase and Summer Clark, Madison, Michael Lippa and Harper Failing, Allison, Katelyn and William Failing; a sister, Martha (dec'd Robert) Darlak; sister in law, Fran Grawe both of Wheatfield; and many nieces and nephews.Friends may call at the DuBois Funeral Home, 2436 Niagara Road, (Bergholz) in Wheatfield, on Wednesday, June 30 from 4-7 p.m. Services will be conducted by the Rev. Michael Borgstede, on Thursday, July 1 at 10:30 a.m. in St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church, corner of Niagara Falls Blvd. and Ward Road, in Wheatfield. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the church.14146
